NOTE: The below recipes are available in Books II and III. Book I's available ingredients and recipes differ; for example, to imbue weapons with ToHit in Book I, use Ectoplasm and Mercury, or to imbue weapons with Damage in Book I, use Ectoplasm and Serpent Venom.
